How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a size guide. You can find your current frame size by looking at the three numbers printed on the inside of your temple arm, which represent lens width, bridge width, and temple length.
Do you offer prescription lens fitting?
Yes, we offer premium prescription lens services. Simply upload your valid prescription at checkout or email it to our optical team after placing your order.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your frames, you can return them in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Standard frames ship within 2-3 business days. For custom prescription lenses, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our lab to craft and quality-check your lenses.
